You inserted your SIM in your Robustel Router, but nothing happened. Perhaps you are using a private or custom APN. Please check with your service provider if you're unsure by providing them with the cell phone number for your SIM.
This tutorial video will guide you through setting up a custom APN on your Robustel Router.
Getting to your Cellular APN settings:
| 1 | Log into your Robustel router |
| 2 | Go to Interface --> Link Manager |
| 3 | Under Link Settings click the edit icon on the right for the WWAN connection you are using (Tip: SIM 1 = WWAN1, SIM 2 = WWAN2) |
| 4 | Expand WWAN settings and turn off "Automatic APN Selection" |
This reveals the APN settings that can be entered manually.
